My daughter and I cannot afford to go to Red Lobster often, but we went tonight. We both had the Maine Lobster and shrimp trio. Neither of us enjoyed the spicy lobster and the peppery broccoli. The shrimp had no taste at all. We ended up paying over $60.00 for something that we did not enjoy.

I asked the waiter if it was real butter that was given us for our lobster, and he said that he would ask. He came back and told us that it was real butter. I am almost 80 years old and I grew up on a farm where we had real butter, and that is what we use now. What I had tonight did not taste like real butter, but like some kind of watery oil.

As I said, we cannot afford to go to Red Lobster often, and we were both expecting better than we received.

bethel…call the corporate number or email them and tell them jow you feel. i agree, if it’s not real butter, then do not bother serving it. it’s worse that they tried to pass it off as real. i would complain to the powers that be. go for it !!good luck.
